Coach Heidy
Hi! My name is Heidy and I am a certified personal trainer, metabolic conditioning coach and lifestyle weight management specialist.

I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals WHILE having fun!

Exercising together builds community within a community. Amazing things happen when people work together toward a common goal to improve their well-being...that is what I bring to the table when training clients...workouts that are fun and bring people RESULTS.

About Our Group Training
We don’t just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to crossfit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training, to boxing. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to boot camp:

You don’t have to be a superstar everyday
You can go at your own pace
Boxing helps relieve stress

Nutrition pays a huge role in your success. We are committed to providing you with the 
knowledge, resources, and support to ensure your eating habits compliment our training 
program.

Modifying your eating habits can be challenging, but it may be required to get results. 
Not to worry...we are here to guide and encourage you step by step.

Step one is awareness. Everyone is encouraged to download MyFitnessPal 
to monitor their intake. This app can be easily downloaded onto your phone or computer.
